The Śliwice specialty sausage is prepared according to thorough receipt from the highest quality of pork and beef meat with natural spices. The sausage undergoes a specific heat treatment and smoking process, thanks to which it receives an exceptional taste and flavoring.

From the early beginning our company has attached great significance to the quality of the offered goods. Therefore, we take care of high quality already at the stage of gaining raw materials. Jan Myśliwiec Meat Company is located on the territory of the Tuchola Forests which gives us the possibility of procuring meat products from ecologically clean areas. We cooperate only with carefully examined livestock suppliers who are mainly local farmers.

Safety and ecology

In order to meet increasing customer expectations and maintain high quality of our goods we have introduced HACCP, GHP, GMP programs. Additionally, we employ only qualified workers with a long experience in production.

The seat of the company is located nearby meadows and woods, in the distance to agglomeration and main roads. Moreover, pro-ecological production, minimization of harmful waste emission, and using own sewage treatment plant help to maintain immaculate cleanness of the Tuchola Forests.

Thanks to favorable territorial conditions and existence of game we have recently broaden our product line by introducing game meat. All the game goods undergo the unique process of smoking and are based on old Polish recipes rich in peculiar spices.
